2. What data we process
- identification and contact details: name and surname, company name, phone, e-mail,
- details provided in the inquiry: requested location, number of people, dates, message,
- when offering a property: the address and description of the property,
- when concluding a contract: details required for the contract and invoicing.

4. Recipients of personal data
We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by our processors with whom we have a contract: the web hosting and database provider, the e-mail service provider and an external accounting firm. We may also provide data to public authorities where required by law.
When accommodating a company's employees, we process the data provided to us by the employer as the customer ordering the accommodation.
5. Transfers to third countries
We process personal data within the European Union. If a processor processes data outside the EU, this only happens on the basis of appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
- the right of access to your personal data,
- the right to rectification of inaccurate data,
- the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
- the right to restriction of processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can exercise your rights by e-mail at kontakt@centrumubytovania.sk or in writing at our registered office. We will respond without undue delay, at the latest within one month.
If you believe that the processing violates the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
