How long is the contract?
We're looking for long-term cooperation. We agree on the length of the contract and the notice period individually to suit you.
Does the property have to be furnished?
No. At our meeting, we'll look at its condition and agree on what needs to be added.
Who pays for utilities?
We'll agree on utility payments in the contract so that it's simple and clear for you.
What if something gets damaged?
At handover, we record the condition of the property in a report. During the lease, 4MIG as your tenant is responsible for its condition.
